I would never purchase another thing from this “cottage”. The owners have no respect for a customer whatsoever. He is perfect & makes no mistakes (what he told me) Purchased a hutch that had a scratch on it (will post a pic) that clearly is from them attaching the top portion of the hutch. His only fix was to try and cover it up w a furniture marker that only made it look worse (and blame us for putting it there) I have never dealt w such rude people in my life. I could add a few more details but I will stop here. Maybe if you learned some customer service skills you wouldn’t continually be getting bad reviews!

I absolutely love this store. Beautiful furniture, candles, wooden vintage pieces. The furniture the owner makes is unbelievably beautiful. Very reasonable prices. I can't say enough about the store. Just love it!

The husband and wife that own the store have the worst customer service ever! They have not one ounce of friendliness in them! I will never go back nor give one more cent to them! Runnions in East Palestine is definitely the place to go - the nicest people you will ever meet and they have the cutest things!
