This place is awful. They ignore call lights, almost killed my dad when they kept dropping the oxygen too low for his needs despite being told not to on multiple occasions (trying to “improve” his terminal condition, more like depriving him of air), requests for things are forgotten often, it smells so bad, food on the floor in the hallway, garbage in his room overflowing constantly, we had to change his bedsheets, administration doesn’t know what they’re doing with admissions/discharges….the list goes ion. A constant battle on everything. When he was hospitalized they refused him back…saying he was too much to care for (blessing for us as we majorly upgraded!). Save your family; don’t take them here ever! If I could do negative stars I would! I feel sorry for the very few clinicians that were kind to him….but don’t miss the ones with the major attitudes!

This place took poor care of my mother. They let a wound on my mom’s breast get so bad that when we accompanied mom to a doctor appointment the doctor was like we can’t let her go back there. Stated that this wound was from neglect. During my mom’s stay my sister and I called every single day. And we were never told that her wound was as bad as it was. Also they acted annoyed that we would call every day. With several rude nurses working there. She was in building 300. Mom ended up passing away. And I really believe it was from her infected wound. Please think twice before sending your family here.also don’t believe the 4 stars it is being padded by people who work there.
