Firestone on West Florissant. I have coverage via Assurant meaning they pay for the work done, however Butch the manager was reluctant to help me and clearly flustered due to store business to busy to help me. He advised he couldn’t not get through to the customer service line but every time I called I was received. I called for numbers and authorizations being awakened from my sleep ,I have to take my car to a different Firestone (new halls ferry) which have been way more helpful. Update due to the insurance process it was much more difficult the process for the facility is hard as hell I appreciate them for accommodating me with a free tire for the work although prior communication of that would have waived my woes I appreciate walking into a situation that was deescalated with me in mind.

In the beginning of October I had to purchase a new tire for my truck. Drove it about 4 times since and on the 23rd I noticed a bubble in my tire. So I called the location explaining my situation and can’t get it replaced for it being a “road side hazard” never had a tire that lasted this short and this most likely will be my last time buying a tire at a Firestone location.

I had an appointment for 3PM to get tires, an oil change and a wheel alignment. I showed up an hour early so they could get started on my car. I didn’t leave their facility until almost 7PM (they closed at 5). Upon leaving I noticed my dipstick was broken because I was trying to check my oil to make sure they did the oil change. A few days later I finally got my dipstick removed just to find out they lied to me & did not do my oil change. I have been riding around with literally NO OIL at all in my vehicle! I do not recommend this location AT ALL, they need to be shut down because they’re dishonest with females & they lie about the services that they completed but they still charged me.
