I had a package mailed from Wisconsin for my son's birthday. Made it all the way to Portland Facility. Took six attempts to get the package delivered. I called customer service 3 times and my son called them as well. They left it outside of his apartment building sitting there in the wrong place! Terrible experience, go through POSTAL SERVICE!

Absolutely terrible company with terrible customer service. I have never received a package from them on-time. The last order I received from them was a $250 chair (which came in a box) that they left next to the side of my building BY THE RECYCLING BINS. I don't know why I even bother calling customer service for their support anymore, they literally cannot help you with anything and then tell you that your claim will take 2-3 business days to process your claim. If you press "Obtain proof of delivery" on their website, after your package says it was delivered (but it wasn't) it shows you a PDF without my address even on it saying "delivered". Fortunately Amazon was the only helpful one here, even though it was a third party seller, they contacted them for a replacement with a different shipping provider. If it wasn't FedEx I would have waited a day to order a replacement, but I already know that I won't be seeing this package ever. I honestly loath this company.

Absolutely terrible experience. After a first attempt was made, my box was taken and left here on a trailer outside with no further attempts even days later after I've made several calls to both HQ (call centers) and the actual warehouse. HQ told me I could pick it up in person at this facility, I drove 35 minutes there to do so, was told I could not pick it up in person as they had no idea where it was (on a trailer somewhere outside). Delivery status has been "Updated delivery Pending" for four business days now with "At FedEx destination facility" as the status. So far, two QA supervisors have looked separately for it, not found it and then advised me with, "Just wait one more day and see what happens." "We're not sure when it will be unloaded from the trailer." Have done the EXACT same shipment with UPS and the same package (that has yet to be delivered by FedEx for over a 13 days now and counting) has only taken three days with UPS. Both using their residential ground services. FedEx will continue to be my last resort for shipping services. I was hoping things had gotten better. 10+ years, still the same confusing experience.

If I could give FedEx a negative zero I would. Paid for an overnight delivery on Friday, 2/4 as recommended by facility employee. Purse was stolen and needed my passport to fly back home on Tuesday. We made sure we asked if our package would be delivered by Monday. We were told it would. Called Monday because there was no progress after it was picked up from facility. Was told it would leave that night to its destination. I had to rearrange flight plans and pushed my flight to Thursday hoping my passport would be delivered via FedEx by Tuesday. Nope 👎🏼 waited on more progress and saw the package was now going to be delivered end of day Wednesday. My flight leaves Thursday morning. I called FedEx where and explained the urgency once again. I offered to pick it up once it arrived in the area. They offered to text me once the package arrived at their depot station…never received the text or call but did receive an update that now my package would be delivered on Thursday end of day!!!!! Another flight arrangement that has to be rescheduled at my expense. I was furious because when I called after they updated my new delivery time to Thursday they stated that I could not pick up the package because they were about to close their facility. FedEx is unreliable and they simply do not care about the quality or reputation. Never ever again will I use their services. I found nothing but excuses and obstacles using their services and they’re customer service is awful!

Has anyone else had package deliver attempt 3 days in a row and then Fedex refuses to redeliver or move package to a closer location for pick-up... My choice is to let them return the package or drive 100 miles for pick-up. So angry

Trying to get a package delivered to me for a while week. Their messages state that my package was placed on a truck on Fri. In Portland, OR 9:00 am and would be delivered by end of the day. Waited, waited and waited, called and called, no delivery. Again, got message that package would be delivered by end of the day on Sat. No package. I realize we have had inclimate weather but, I've seen other Fed X trucks pass by. Finally I get a message that my package was placed on a truck Monday at 7:58 AM and would be out for delivery by the end of the day. Again, no damn delivery today! Got a text message that it would be delivered on Tuesday by the end of the day. Meanwhile the Drivers are bouncing my mail from truck to truck lying!!!!!

I know that this place is operating at 2 or 3 am and stays open until at least 9 or 10 PM.
