In person the doctors were nice and caring but once you speak to them over the phone they snap and are rude and completely disagreeable. I was prescribed medication and had a visit w a physician soon, unfortunately their computers messed up , “things happen just let me get a refill until I can talk to my physician” we will not help you in this situation we don’t care that it’s been the only thing to help you and we will not do anything to even make the process easy. I’d been lied to, lost in the system, hung up on.. id avoid this place all together.

Had an appointment. Knew my problem. 90 minutes later still waiting to be seen. May just take my chances with OTC and hope I don't end up in the ER. What an insult.

Usually i can get in to see a doctor later in the day in about 10 minutes. Today i came in amd there was one person on the urgent care board.i was told i meeded to do a video visot which ive never needed. When i informed them i just have a bad sinus infection amd need antibiotics they agreed to see me...but now i have been waiting in my car per thwir instructions for over 40 minutes with only one person in line before me for urgent care. This is the worst visit here ive had.

Showed up at 12:00 for a 12:15 appt. The occupational medicine is out for lunch. Is is now 1:00 and still at lunch. Why schedule people during your lunch hours??? There are 5 other people waiting! Come here if you enjoy wasting your time! This is easily the least-efficient clinic I have ever visited.

Urgent in the sense of being seen the same day.. with a primary health care provider you would have to make a doctor's appointment.. it's not much different than going to the emergency room and not having a life-threatening emergency except the wait times are less at Urgent Care because it's first come first serve. But at the emergency room you can wait for hours because they go by severity of the person's problems and they have ambulances coming in bringing people who need immediate help. I take my kids here all the time and we don't wait more than 30 minutes..
