Person in the guard shack was very polite & efficient, lumpers were courteous. The unloading cost was completely ridiculous. $537.00 to pull off 26 pallets. No break down, just pull it off. Other than that it went real well. In and out in under 2hrs.

Gate opens at midnight no on-site parking beforehand... The dead end road at S. 5th St. and S. Union Ridge Pkwy. Is a good place to park till the gate opens. I've been here a couple of time and so far, so good.... relatively quick in and out.

There is no parking in area or on property. Some trucks parked in median which create chaos at the entry gate.Looks like they open at midnight. Guard will give u a # to call for door. Check in at dr 32.There is a bathroom but i guess not for drivers.

Horrible place to work. They give the females the biggest and hardest loads and give the men the super easy loads. It’s Rediculous! I’m sure that’s why loads take longer for the truck drivers. It’s common sense!! They need to give the appropriate loads to each person by size. It’s a joke for real!!
