Unethical practices that prey upon the young who are in a situation that puts them in a vulnerable position and unable to make financial decisions. Informed all services covered under insurance then they discovered insurance wasn't going to pay but failed to inform us. Ridge field even confirmed insurance was going to pay even after knowledge there was an issue but didn't advise for another week. Failed to inform and failed to do a peer-to-peer with insurance. They admit they made a mistake but still billed maximum amount anyways. Florida phone numbers are useless. They prey on you financially and I highly recommend you should go somewhere else. Don't trust them and you can't speak to anyone locally...it's a pure financial play.
