Hours are seemingly designed to help the fewest number of people possible. The brochure and website state Tuesday and Friday 10-12:45. No where does it say that realistically you need to be there AT 10, fill out paperwork/interview, and take a number. They were helping person #9 when I got there. Due to a directions error, I got there at 11. There was one person in front of me. I explained that I had a doctor's appointment at 11:45 and wanted to know if I could expect to get through the process in time. Woman couldn't give me a decent answer, but this is the only way I found out that you need to be there at 10 and expect to stay the whole time. And there's the drive of shame. This place is in the middle of one of Ridgefield's wealthiest neighborhoods.

It was very well stocked and everyone was very helpful. We received a ton of food, more than we've had in awhile! 😋. Registration was easy and everyone was very friendly. We will definitely be going back here for help. What a wonderful resource!
