Rooms need fixed up badly, whole hotel/inn needs to be remodeled or renovated. We were told the lounge was open but the restaurant was closed. We get here and the lounge is closed as well. Would stay here again. But would recommend for people on a budget or ones who won't be in there hotel room at all. FYI bring your own pillow these ones are horrible 🤨

Has a great view. Rooms need a desperate update. Non smoking hotel but the couch and chairs and patio furniture all had burn holes. The comforter is basically a thick sheet. Love the location and view but will definitely try another hotel next time I head down.

The hotel was nice and very clean the customer service was excellent. The only reason why I am giving it 2 stars is because it was so out dated and there was standing water on our balcony. The cable and internet were not great. I think this place had and has real potential, it just needs to be redone. It is a nice hotel though and beautiful location.

I stayed in ocean shores this weekend 3/10/22-3/13/22. During my stay, there was an unfortunate event with a pipe leak. The staff calmly and efficiently did everything in their power to accommodate everyone affected by this. They showed compassion and grace in an unforseen incident. Every employee I encountered was beyond amazing. I plan on staying here every year I attend. If I'm going to be in a place that has something unexpected go wrong, I want it to be this place, with this staff, because I know I will be taken care of. I can't express the gratitude I have for this hotel. Thank you for accommodating every need we had. You all did amazing! Justin R. room 420
