Seriously best fish I have had in a very long time and I eat fish and chips once a week. We all loved it. Large portions. Yum! Will be back soon.

Melville’s works may have been scorned in his lifetime but, had his reviewers had some fish and chips at this namesake restaurant while reviewing the book, they may have been looked upon the work more favorably. We were duly impressed with the freshness and quality of their fish and chips; they get them in fresh and hand bread them at this establishment. The fries are wonderfully crisp and the various condiments available for dipping is seemingly limitless (we had tartar, cocktail, fry sauce, malt vinegar, and freshly sliced lemon). The fry bread comes with real honey (not that fake, corn syrup stuff) and the clam chowder is some of the best in these parts. Our only great disappointment was that they were out of their coleslaw. We will simply have to return another time to have it as well. The owner, who waited on us, was the most generous and helpful I’ve had in a long time. You can really tell that she takes pride in her work and wants you to have a top-notch experience. The hospitality is indeed so grand here that you won’t have to worry about suffering the same fate as Ahab. All of my limbs were indeed in tact when we left sated, satisfied, and with smiles on our faces. I would heartily recommend their all-you-can-eat fish and chips; it’s an excellent value even if you don’t get any refills.

Great burger and fries. Both well cooked. Exactly what you'd expect when looking for burgers. They were short staffed but transparent on wait times. We're guessing that's why the tables were a little stucky. There is a funky smell though that we couldn't identify...it wasn't just fish. We took our meal to go. Yes we'd eat here again, but if the smell still resides we'd be taking it to go.

Nice place for fast food fish. Quality of fish is good, but served size is not too great for this price and potatoes was not look acceptable for eat. maybe some another menu options more better but my “fish and chips” get only three star

Tried them since posting and I don't recommend them!. The batter was disgusting and under cooked. Just tasted like gooey balls of dough.
Not bad actually. I pulled up got down and ordered from the window they have. Got back in my car and not to long after the same girl that took my order also brought my food out to my car. They also have tables in the front outside (it was raining and night-time when i was there).
Actually when I went the burners was out and they was outside telling people that pulled up there situation and the guy did NOT have on a mask, but the next day we went to another restaurant by there and I looked over and they was at that time inside and I could see they was wearing there masks but we still did not go there.. I have to much family children mother grandmother and grandchildren to risk getting them sick or myself at that.. so that place was a no go for us altho there soup is amazing that we had on a previous trip
