The place was horrible. The room was smaller than a regular bed room did not look like the picture at all. Room was semi cleaned. Found hair in my bed. They did not put dresh linen on the beds.There was no hot water in our room for us to take a shower. When I finally get ahold to the property manager (Ken) a day later it seem liked he didnt care and refused to give me a refund for my stay. I would not recommend this place. By the way. I'm still wait.

Overpriced, not clean, and staff wasn’t engaged upon check-in. The room had clearly not been swept/mopped as there was dirt, hair, and wrappers on the floor. The window screen was broke leaving me nervous about the security of the place through the night. Walls very thin and can hear people shouting profanities. Staff family was present with their children running around not watching for cars and being rude. Would not recommend no matter your circumstance.

Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Aside from being woken up to hearing sea gulls at 6am in the parking lot it was pretty quiet. I am kind of irritated with the fact the shower water did not heat up at all though, so I ended up with a luke warm shower. My husband didn’t bother to use the shower after I gave him the heads up we had no hot water. We definitely will not be staying here again after paying $150 for 1 night and not even being able to take a hot shower.

Positive: Flooring, appliances, and countertops are new. Close to the ocean. Negative: Room was advertised as a suite with sofa bed, but it was a single room. No sofa. Room was advertised as ocean view, but view was blocked by building. No coffee. Assigned room was one of two on site that had no parking.
