This was actually our first time going in for family haircuts. I will say the lady we had was absolutely amazing, she was sweet and gave great haircuts to my husband and our 4 year old daughter and 1 year old son (going in for his first haircut)... The gentleman helping me purchase a new TV literally went out of his way to help me as I was so indecisive. The rest of the store is laid out really well and there is always sales going on. It just sucks its all the way on the other base.

The cashier was extremely rude when I asked a question about an item. Some employees are extremely nice. It depends on who you come across and how their day is going. The NEX does have a lot of fun seasonal holiday activities for the kids throughout the year.
