I have gone to this practice since I was 13. I was always a Dr. Dickenson patient but usually saw the Drs that were still learning. I have always had good experiences prior to this Friday. I saw a male attending dr (I want to say it was Dr. Gupta but not 100%) for an annual physical. It was the fastest/ most unthorough exam I've had in my life. He asked me less than 10 questions which most of those were revolving around if I had been recently sick or had covid symptoms. He didnt ask for prior medical history/nor cared to look over my chart before entering the room. When asked did I have any concerns, I brought up an issue that I'm experiencing following a procedure I had done and he gave every excuse that "this doesnt have to do with me, because it isnt activly an issue I am not going to document this...". So unprofessional and rude made me feel like I was wasting HIS time. I am extremly dissapointed in this service. Only positive was the reception and nursing staff who are always so kind and helpful. The receptionists had gone above and beyond this day too because I had woken up late and she rescheduled me for a later time.

I came to Dr. Krotz with chronic crippling pain and he told me to meditate, and he told me “there’s no magic pill” which was him implying I was only there looking for pills. It turns out something is serious wrong with my body and he refused to look into it. I left the office feeling dehumanized and completely discouraged from seeking more help for a long time. My pain and sickness has only gotten worse. I wish i could have gotten any answers when i went to him before a pandemic hit us

5 hours lost in this hospital it took a long time to be able to give medicine to my daughter who had bad asthma they did not treat her because they did not have rooms alone they gave her the covi test I never gave her the results or the x-ray ahaha but to charge the I'm sure they're really good, they're so slow and inefficient. My daughter never saw the doctor in 5 hours 😡 I was practically robbed.

I have been a patient here for well over 5 years. And at this point I have had enough. Every single time I call to refill my medication I have to babysit them and call back to remind them. If I'm unable to do so because of work it does not get filled. Unfortunately I work the same shifts that they do so if I get too busy to call then I'm s o l especially if it's a Friday and I am without my medicatiom even longer. This has gone on for days at a time even. I'm told yes sure on the phone or told that they will be passing it on to the doctor and that I will be given a call back and nothing. Unless I remember to call back to remind them. Unacceptable. Especially when it's a medication that is a necessity. I will be looking to change my doctor asap
