billy I think installed my subs and never told me that my sub was to strong for my amp and my amp went and now bought a new amp from them and find out the wireing in the car is no good my subs keeps going in and out never again will go there

Billy was amazing with helping me select a new stereo system for my truck and the installation went very well. They were very helpful when showing me how to use the radio when it was put in! Would definitely recommend!

It is the company that they get the product from that is holding up your order, not the store. Maybe you should find out the name of the company and call them, too. Sometimes the squeaky wheel gets the oil. I have used Sound Avenue a few times and each time, no issue...
