they treat people like cattle here they got about a 80 people in one room and screaming for help okay and not helping them this is a horrible hospital I just thought this was a good hospital but it's not

Difficult to make an appointment. By chance appointment is scheduled long wait 3 to 4 months waiting, it just very difficult for patients and their relatives. as well as mount sinnea do not not notifying patients few days before appointment. I rated 1 star because it is not welfare for patients!

Hello everyone.. so I had ASDF SURGERY OVER ON 98 th st in NYC ..my first time.. lol, but all honenesty my surgeon Dr. Roonprapunt who did excellent job on me.. I did Google him first, and already found out he already had good reviews..He is very well known of course professional, on point, and very thorough, any questions u have will b answered..and great surgeon, yes I would use him again !! didn’t care for the a particular nurse on the 8 th floor,I won’t mention here name, she knows who sh is.. but hopefully u will not get her, if u do run.. lol. There’s a particular nurse by the name of”ASHLEY”, and very professional, and so sweet. Most of all she us patients.. and made me feel good. My surgeon , Dr. Roonprapunt is a neurosurgeon.. be well and safe everyone 👍

They don't know how to put their patients and their needs before policies. It's also filled with rude and sarcastic staff members. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. And they're at a horrible location. Can't drive there. Time to make some phone calls.
