It's clean. The location is conveniently located by the airport not too far from downtown. Good memories. 😏

The hotel it's really in bad shape. There is no proper breakfast, only coffee and some snacks . Most of the time there is only one person working on the staff, in the morning that person struggle with checkouts, preparations of coffee and other things I have seen many guests unhappy My shower had a problem that even asking a few times was not solved at all . The sheets on my bedroom on arrival looked not very fresh and clean Overall, a very bad experienced

BEWARE: This SFO airport hotel no longer has an airport shuttle. Don't do as I did and wait 45 minutes for the bus to show. You will have to take a $25 Uber or taxi or switch hotels. (There's a DoubleTree across the street and a Fairfield Inn a block away both of which have shuttles.) Like most airport hotels this place is pretty beaten up but better than some. There was no hot water when I was there.

Negative: The general manager at this hotel needs a few lessons in hospitality or maybe even try smiling. If you book via a third party app he is not happy and does whatever he can to make you feel uncomfortable. He charged me for the room even though prepaid

It is several miles north of the Airport exit. And yes on the check in.
If you pay then 20 days of parking maybe. They charge a parking fee when you stay there.
Yea you need to call. But they are friendly.
Hotel has multiple floors and yes you can go UPstairs and DOWNstairs. you can do so with an elevator or via the stairs.
I know the hotel has been remodeled with the last year. They may have done some recently. I would call the hotel and ask for a room that has not been recently remodeled. I'm sure they will accommodate
The area is pretty ghetto...I'd be careful parking a car there long-term.
