Stay away from the grooming department. The guy that runs it is always rude and needs to learn some customer service skills. He clearly hates his job (and/or people in general, and their pets too--he sure didn't like the one he brought out to the customer before me, as he proceeded to berate the customer about his dog). They always seem to be short staffed and as of late, like today and the last two times I've been in, I have not been able to get my dog in for a simple nail trim (walk-in only service). I'm done with Petco. We left there and headed to PetSmart in Woodinville where we were treated with respect by the grooming staff and they took excellent care of our dog.

I ways have a fantastic experience at this store. Rebecca or another employee usually helps me and greats me when I come in for my tri-weekly visit. Today I have to mention two girls "Luna" I believe her name is and "Nolelia" (sorry if I spelt it wrong) but the last week I've been coming in a lot for help with a variety of different pets that I own and both of them have been absolutely fantastic and have given me exceptional customer service. They were both very knowledgeable and patient with answering all my questions and concerns. I without a doubt will be returning to this location because of these two ladies. I really appreciate being able to come here for all my pets needs and there's wonderful friendly people waiting to help! Thanks so much Rebecca, Luna and Nolelia!!

Petco is cool if you need to grab something quickly for a reptile or other animal. Definitely not my first option though. There are a few helpful employees but not many and the animals they have here all look depressed. If I could save them all I would. Overpriced and understaffed seems to be the Petco promise.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Enrique was super helpful. There was a nice woman working too who was very nice to my kids. She was feeding animals and took the time to show my curious daughter. Their kindness and patience is very appreciated. ❤️
