Really strange experience yesterday. We got seated and a very nice waitress came up to our table and took our drink order. I think her name was Kaylee. A little bit later we could hear couple other staff members asking why Kaylee was taking orders. We didn't think much of it until another random waiter came up to our table to tell us that he would be taking care of us, not anyone else. Ok, fine. He takes our order and we wait. Food comes out delivered by Kaylee, again no issue. We're 90% through our meal when the other dude shows up and acts surprised that we even had our food! Thank goodness Kaylee was looking out for us! We were running late to get back to work so we finally flagged down the dude who's supposed to be helping us, since Kaylee is now off the floor it seems. We tell him we'd like to hurry. Next thing we see if him over laughing and talking to the bar tender? We finally got out of there but we were late. In short, the person everyone seemed so concerned about taking orders was actually doing a better job than the guy who was supposed to be helping us. I only wish I had cash on me to tip Kaylee, since I'm sure the guy got our tips for doing just about nothing.

Paid for 30 wings just to get 5 of them with 0 sauce . Yes I asked for a sauce. There was a very little bit on the box none on the chicken . Never going here again I'll drive to the airport area for the other bdubs

I had walked in to grab some lunch and use a gift card shortly after you opened at about 11:15. As soon as I opened the front doors a nasty and disgusting smell, compared to a high school locker room after a football game, hit my nose. I continued to the next doors and the smell didn't change one bit. It was so off putting. I sat and waited maybe 2-3 minutes to get sat and never saw one worker, which im not complaining about and want to actually say thank you so I didn't have to stay and struggle to breathe and choke down my food so I could leave asap. Those matts and rugs need washed like last month, and that's so telling of managers and higher ups allowing your restaurant to smell like that. I know it's not a big deal for me to take my business somewhere else, but again my point of management allowing your establishment to smell like that and expecting people to want to eat there is insanity. I have already left my review on your website under "orders and visit" so thank you. I wanted to leave this here as well so other are warned.
