Hour long lines because you're horribly understaffed. Pro-tip: there isn't a "labor shortage;" there's a "paying-for-labor" shortage and the horrible state of this establishment shows that McAlister's is a stingy company that refuses to pay what their workers deserve. Enjoy taking advantage of students—employees and customers alike—but I'm done eating here until this gets fixed and I'm not the only one.

The wait staff was great, the food was great, the manager was super rude though. We were being friendly from the person we were ordering from and the manager walks over and makes it seem like a crime to be talking from the person we ordered from. I would understand if there was a line behind us, but there was no one. What a rude man!

Service was extremely slow and disorganized. Between the line and the wait on food it took 45 minutes to get a basic sandwich. They had 1 person taking orders when the line was long, and then once the line cleared they had five employees standing around and chitchatting. I left feedback online and never heard anything back, so not only was the in store service lacking but so is corporate. Food is good but extremely overpriced for what you get.

Really good baked potatoes: Spud Max and sweet tea is great.
