Nice room and great staff. The manager was super helpful. Our car broke down and was in a tight spot. We stayed the night to get the car fixed. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We got late check out and the manager even gave us a ride to pick up our car. Will definitely come back to stay again.

If it wasn't from Roxanne I wouldn't be giving you guys 4 stars. She was very helpful with assisting us with our room. When we arrived they gave my co worker and I a king bed instead of double queen beds which we requested when we booked. When we addressed the situation to them at the front desk the said there wasn't any more double beds available, even though a few another people we came in after us was offered two double queen rooms. Once again when addressed our situation now to Roxanne explained to about the king bed and how other people was offered double queen beds she was really great and helpful. She wasn't able to solve our issue that night but was able to the next. She was very professional and very helpful. Thanks Roxanne 😊

Nice hotel, but disappointed. Booked a king bed room, but slept in a queen. No hot water at the bathroom sink and took forever for the shower to get warm. Asked for a roll away bed at check in…it took four inquiries and finally a visit to the front desk at 10pm to get the bed delivered. Great location to the campus and glad that the night manager finally made things right, but for the price of a $300+ night stay, service needs to be more on point.

Attended a conference there. Did not stay there. No dining in hotel. Had to walk to nearby restaurants. No mini-store at the front desk like most hotels have now. No water in conference room where our meeting was in spite of reporting it 3 times. Poor service. Good news is they paid for parking.
