The faculty is always clean. No evidence of mice or bugs. The staff are professional and the units are very reasonably priced. It is an indoor storage facility and they offer a door code if you need to access it after hours.

Nicole, the property manager was nice and helpful. There were plenty of carts to transport our stuff to our space. We liked the large door we could use to get things in & out.

I want to say I went in on a Saturday 5 min before the place closed. The lady named Kami went above and beyond for me! She stayed showed me the unit, then her computer was down and I had to go online on my phone to rent the space, she stayed and helped me through the whole process cause Im horrible at doing things online! If the world had more Kami’s in it it would be a better place! P.S I have never done a review for anyone before and she never asked me to! I figured this out and did it on my own cause she deserves the recognition ❤️

Wouldn’t tell us our units had been broken into until we guessed.. who does that? Very rude staff. They lie, name call, and are extremely petty and degrading. There’s plenty of other less trashy places around this area. We terminated our lease and have had much better luck else where.
