Had my appointment this morning August 10th at 8:30am to update my treatment plan with Ms. Esther. This was my first and last time ever meeting with Ms Esther. I couldn’t have had a more dry and unpleasant experience. Her entire demeanor seemed as if she had no interest in helping me or even proceeding with the appointment. She had no enthusiasm. There were no pleasantries. Not even a reassuring smile. She introduced herself as plainly as possible and we started with the appointment. There was no emotion, no compassion, or any personality. She has no people skills whatsoever and i felt very uncomfortable opening up and being vulnerable with her. Her voice was very deadpan and dry as if she could care less about the job or people themselves but only was there because it pays her bills. I felt like i had interrupted an important part of her day and she was annoyed to even have to take time out of her day for my appointment. This experience has made me weary of reaching out and continuing to look for help with my mental health. I would rather have no help at all than to have an experience with a mental health professionals that doesn’t care about their job or know how to communicate and make people feel comfortable.

They charge about $75 for an hour session now. I went here because they were a very very affordable ( i even qualified for free sessions w/o insurance ). Idk what the company holders are doing but i was turned away from one of the best therapy experiences I've had due to them raising their prices.

Been coming here since 2015 and have nothing but good to say. They have provided me with therapy and medication that I otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford. They have quality therapist, they do often change up but it is nice to have it available when needed. Medication prices are affordable. This place has been a lifesaver for me when my life was in such a dark place
