What’s the point setting the appointment if I’m still gonna wait for my brother? We had to wait for almost an hour in half and we still don’t get called this is really unprofessional.. i ask the people from down stairs that we got an appointment and they told us to go upstairs and take a left which is the patient room and we had to wait for a very long time and my brother was being inpatient and supposedly one of the doctors wanna see my brother “personally” knowing that they never seen him and telling us later that we never had a appointment. This is really upset

The level of service could use some improvement. Years ago the service was much better. The hold times exceeds 20 to 30 minutes. I’ve noticed that everyone doesn’t seem to be on the same page as well. Hopefully things will improve! ****Update*I** 03/29/2022 I decide to find another provider because I spoke directly with the office manager who stated she would call me back after a valid concern that I had but so far no call or update, which tells me that the well being of a patient is not important.
