I went in person there on a Tuesday to ask some questions since they do not answer their telephone ever. A short hair lady answered the door and promptly started yelling at me that I should not be there but instead I should’ve called. She was EXTREMELY rude. I am a very calm person so calmly I told her, lady, calm down, you don’t need to be impolite with me. And she said very angry; I’m going to close the door, make a call. I DO NOT recommend this place to nobody!! Get ready to be super humiliated & mistreat when you call or come to this Legal Aid.

Just called for assistance on understanding what documents I need for court. The lady that answered sounded like she was still in bed sleeping. She stated she can't help me and that if I just read online, I can figure things out. She said "its not hard if you just read". She was very rude and not helpful.

It takes a little consistance and make sure you have everything in order. They are professionals. The staff is working with what they have. Get up, visit the office, if it's worth fighting for, be consistant. Visit again, don't give up.
