Very clean environment. The free weight area was a bit small but they had all I needed. I went on a Friday afternoon and was pleased to find the place mostly empty.

Place is a trap, 29 bucks a month for a 2 year contract and they refuse to cancel it unless you move out of state

Yes they participating in the Silver Sneakers program. Just stop in during staffed hours and they'll set you up.

I believe they start at $32 a month. I got my membership through my health insurance, which the gym accepts many of those programs. Give them a call during staffed hours, they'll answer all your questions!
