Lived there for 2 years. Both apartments I’ve moved into have had nasty carpet or destroyed floors in the living room and kitchen. I have always had issues with parking even though I pay an extra $75 a month for that. I have had multiple guests cars towed due to misinformation. All maintenance requests take weeks to fix. My washing machine flooded the apartment a year ago and this year the disposal broke and so did the dishwasher. The dishwasher is still broken to this day and leaks water all over our kitchen floor. Your rent will always be more expensive than they say.

Horrible experience living here. There has been mold on my roommates bathroom ceiling for MONTHS. The first time she contacted maintenance they just spray painted over it. Then next time she contacted them they said they would be back to repair it and never came back even after contacting them numerous times and going to the office with the issue. On top of that we checked our statements for the monthly rent and they added a bunch of past due charges claiming that we have not been paying the full amount of our monthly rent even though we have been paying the exact amount that their website states that we owe. Live absolutely anywhere else. Update: The general manager never reached out after responding to one of my roommates reviews and mine saying that she would reach out. And the maintenance men “fixed” the ceiling.

I love the flats! It truly feels like a second home. I made some of my best friends by living here! I do think the price should be lower- but other than that I love living here!

I signed in April of 2020 and have had a great experience thus far at the 611 building! Spacious rooms, private bathroom, amenities and a great location close to campus! I do think the price is steeper than it should be, and wish parking was included. Otherwise, highly recommend!
