This place has given us a great experience. Tif who runs things is amazing. She is always on top of things, polite and friendly, and available if we have questions or need help. Very satisfied.

Pros: Clean Friendly staff Nobody’s living out of units No hoarding issues. Did I say clean. Example: Other units we’ve rented before; we would find used TP and pee. We could just smell pee every where. Not animal pee. Human. Nothing like that here. Great location Good communication with staff Good communication after break in. Also nothing was taken, just a broken lock which was replaced at no cost to us. Have no hard feelings about this situation at all. Cons: Price increase The only issue really was the price increase. We had the first after a year. We accepted and paid the increase because we loved the pros. However, as the recession is looming (at year 2) and our living costs in every way have increased so did our unit. After a cost evaluation on our end we just could justify the cost of this unit as a need anymore. For this reason we left. I hoping they slow down increases on other units. I bet we’re not the only ones in this situation. Overall. Nothing but good stuff. Unit 149
