There was a tall thinner foreign cashier with black hair to her waist on 4/30 who was so rude and hostile to me that I left the store and won't be back. I complained to the manager. First of all this unfriendly team member not only left the security tag on something and when I was there to have it removed two days later she didn't even apologize. She literally hissed at me and lurched away like I had the plague and when I walked past her she approximately gave me the evil eye. Evidently she despises service dogs also. I was so shocked. I tried to sneak a peek to get her badge number but it wasn't possible. I may not stand up for myself to that person but I will report it ASAP and did. She was on camera too LOL. Customers can be rude to salespeople but I never am, especially at any Kohl's, and was very tolerant with this employee. The saleswomen at this particular store just aren't as friendly, and another way is to take your complaint to the customer service department at the other end of the store- we would've walked back there if necessary. There was a positive attitude man with long dark hair working in customer service who's sweet but not all the associates are, and this woman is counterintuitive to a good shopping experience. Can't mention nationality but she appeared to be Asian and in her 40s. I should've had the security tag removed and not stayed to shop but its a good idea to go to customer service so they can record who's responsible for the security tag being left on the item. Mean woman, she shouldn't be working there. Also had to make sure I got the discount on one clearance item which she overlooked. But her behavior was egregious, you never ever make a customer feel like they've done something wrong. Customers can further complain Online with the receipt codes. We won't be back to the Newbury Park location being afraid to now!

Went to get gifts for mom aunt niece and nephews was pretty impressed by how fast I was able to get in and out plus store was nice and neat! Awesome deals Toys -$10 to $15 /Pj- $10- $15 👏👏

Kohl's has a great selection of clothing, accessories, shoes and household goods. They now accept Amazon returns at some locations, and they'll package and ship them back to Amazon for free. Kohl's also offers great discounts with their Kohl's Cash and coupons for Kohl's credit card holders. It's hardly ever over crowded, and you can leisurely shop. I like shopping at Kohl's, and I'd recommend it.
