Once Ventura County Investment Co. bought out Casa Oaks, it went straight downhill from there, the management primarily though. She will ignore your emails and also make appointments with you but not show up for them. Overall the space is nice but if you can avoid the management then they are relatively good apartments

I have no idea what that guy is talking about. I have lived here for 6 years and it is far from any drug users or problems. In fact if you have something that needs to be fixed it is done the same day. It is quiet with a fireplace. I can have my dog. The rents are basically what everyone else is charging. The apartment I have is large and the management are nice people. I work at Amgen and only walk across the street to my job. Actually most of the people who live here work at Amgen.
