The 3 way garden mix is great. They were great and I am excited to get planting!

I just left H&H and was charged $100. They measured out my trailer instead of what material was in the back of it... we had small sections of bamboo and 2 bags of leaves. 8x6ft of material in a 8x16 trailer. Go to the transfer station and spend $30. I definitely can tell they aren't busy like they used to be.. wonder why.

Used to live in Orchards and used them regularly, love their 3 way blend for garden/flower beds and their splinterless bright hemlock. Other than wait times being longer when the weather's nice, I have not had any issues with their service. We have since sold our house and moved into a rental near mill plain. With everything going on and staying at home, decided to build some garden beds 4' x 8' x 19". Used the calculator on their website and called to order 4 yards of 3 way delivered. They said they were booked out until may so I said I'd call them back. On Friday I called back as soon as they opened to put the order in and turns out they had a cancellation and could have it delivered @ 11am which worked out perfectly. On top of that the driver showed up almost an hour early, which again worked out great for us to be able to move the dirt and have the rest of the weekend to relax. Thanks H & H!

One Star is too good 2/27/19, one trailer 9' x 5' x 2.5', tree branches piled 3-feet above the trailer bed rails, estimated at 4.25 Cubic Yards (they rounded it down to 4 cubic yards), price $56. (I felt this was acceptable) 3/4/19, same trailer 9' x 5' x 2.5', tree branches even with trailer bed rails (see photo), estimated at 4 Cubic Yards, price $56. (Less than half the amount of debris than above trip. (Not Acceptable)) I questioned the amount and the yard attendant said I underpaid the week before. (no understanding) Called to complain when I got home and all I received was a lesson on how they measure loads. They make up the estimating rules as they please. These trips are my First - Second and Last Visits to H&H Wood Recycle. Dave

Now
Yes they do
I think they do. A place just north of it says they buy it! Might want to make some free cash
For yard debris(branches, logs, firewood, chips, grass etc.) It is $14.00 per yard as of 2018. But no mixed loads(land clearing with dirt, dirty stumps, sod and grass clippings, rakings with dirt, etc.) They can be very picky when it comes to anything similar to dirt. For clean lumber(plywood,2x4s, beams, fence boards, hard wood flooring, etc.) It is $18 per yard as of 2018. But no creosote(railroad ties, phone poles) and no metal brackets or nails over 1/4 inch. And if you have any kind of garbage, even if you plan to take it to the dump, they most likely will hold a form of I.D. on you(credit card, driver's license, even your phone.) They can also decline your load of it doesn't meet their requirements, or refuse service if you don't give them a form of ID for holding, if they require it. I hope that is informative enough. 😊 And if it doesn't go well at H&H, keep in mind there are always other companies around that will accept your business. 👍
Yes, they do. Curently they do not require any asbestos testing or paperwork in order to drop shingles. But they do require your phone #, full name and license plate number. If you have 2 and 1/2 yards or under, shingles are $45.00 per yard as of 2018. If over, they you must weigh in on their scale. And scale price is $85.00 per ton. They do not accept rolled Roofing or torch down. Just three tab, architectural shingles and tar paper. No garbage, metal flashing or vents are allowed. If you do have them, they will most likely hold a form of ID( credit card, driver's license, even your phone). Hope that helps 👍

Christmas trees are $1.00, if larger than normal (over 8 feet) then you can be charged per yard. Yard debris(branches, logs, firewood, chips etc.) Is $14.00 per yard as of 2018.
