Place is nice but my biggest problem is parking! Too many people park in our lots without even living in the units. They don't even have passes on the cars , wish park ridge would start towing already.

The floor plans are spacious, it’s family oriented, the property and amenities are clean and well kept. Everyone is very polite and friendly. I haven’t experienced any roach problems, I’m also very very clean. I’m not sure why it has any negative reviews maybe those people are dirty and attracted roaches or just negative and bitter. They’re very accommodating here

Moved in 2017 & Management asked for 2 months rent as safety deposit. We moved in and soon realized the place was infested with bed bugs. We made multiple complaints and each time they would come in and spray some pest control and leave. While moving out , they deducted $300 from the deposit saying it was because of bed bugs! How can they charge money to tenants for something the management couldn't take care of. We had bought all new furniture and it had to be thrown when moving out. Similar incidents were reported by a few of my neighbors. Bed bugs come crawling out of vents and floor each time the temperature goes up. This is a rip-off and park ridge commons management is a scam, swindling money from its tenants. Don't rent the place unless you inspect it closely. These apartments are infested with bugs & roaches.

I love this place! I had a great experience! Adriana helped me find what I was looking for and always makes me feel welcome! The office staff is real friendly and kind. I appreciate her time and effort in making sure I got what I needed. The price might be a little high but they tell you how much you will be paying and they also mention there’s a raise in rent yearly. As far as the towing they make sure to explain visitors must have a pass which they provide you with. They explain everything thoroughly and Adriana made sure I didn’t sign anything until I saw the apartment. “Luxury Living” with pool, gym and a tennis court included in the complex will always be higher in price, that’s a given. From my experience they do not force you to sign anything. People that can’t handle neighborly noise should not be looking into apartments. They should be looking into buying a home. Adriana is great and I appreciate what she has done for me. From my experience I recommend this place. I’ve never been happier!
