Wish I could go higher, but the only reason it got this high of a rating was the free breakfast (food was excellent) you get with a room, plus how polite the staff is (personnel is excellent). If you're like me and a light sleeper, I strongly suggest staying somewhere else. You can hear doors from both sides of the hallway closing for a good 4 doors either direction when other guests don't try and gently close the door behind them. Walls are almost paper thin, as I shouldn't hear every time the person in the room next door uses the bathroom. Fridge in my room was either turned off or didn't work, but they don't leave instructions on what to do if you're utilizing it, so if you need medication or food in a fridge, better make sure it works 1st. Having to pay an extra $15 to park in the lot when you're in town and staying at their hotel? Doesn't seem very logical, as any other hotel I've ever stayed it, it was included and they got your plates so they knew not to ticket/tow the car. Bathrooms in the room do have a hair dryer in a bag you can buy per the note, but when the not isn't up on the counter, how are guests going to know (not that I needed one)? Having an elevator on the opposite end of the hotel down for upgrades isn't very convenient for guests that do have issues walking either. When I 1st used the toilet, I thought that there was hair in the toilet bowl, but it turns out somehow multiple big scratches are in the bowl (who knows what a former guest was eating or doing). If you're going there and trying to do business (connect to wifi and work), connection is slow and drops often (it did for me at least). I ended up having to use my cell phone as a hot spot to be able to connect to the office to get some work done. This place is however convenient for people that have a wide taste in food. There's a steakhouse next door and many other restaurants across the street.

Awful experience. The room was full of ants. The furniture/carpet very old. Rooms smells bad. I was not treated politely as the front desk did not believe me that the room was infested by insects. A receipt was not given to me in the check out. Tried to ask one but the hotel was unable to find out I was there. They were able to charge me indeed! Very bad service.

Nice rooms, love the restaurant attached, though wish you didn't have to walk outside to go there. Their burgers are amazing! A must try! We had no issues, though somehow a few scratches on our car hood after it being parked there for a week... Not sure that's the hotels fault. But other people not being considerate.

We stayed here for the park sleep fly amenities. Rooms were fine, served it purpose. Wifi was horrible unable to download anything. The parking side of it was horrible. No where did we see that it is OFF Site parking. So we had to make sure all of our stuff was in the car the night before because we couldn't get back to it before we left in the morning. Shuttle in the morning runs every 30 minutes, they were 30 minutes late causing everyone a later start then intended along with a packed bus. The shuttle home was the worst part we called when we received our luggage like instructed. We then had to wait outside due to the location where they pick up in 19 degree weather for 45 min waiting for the shuttle. While we get back to the hotel and they have a shuttle bus just sitting there not being used.

They are great for park and stay, with free airport shuttle service. A great hotel to stay in. No rental car service though.
00 and 30 Hotel to ORD, 15 and 45 ORD to hotel
The van runs every 30 minutes. Top of the hour and at 30 past
Yes, public bar.. the handicap rooms have wider door openings and bathrooms are larger and have a support bar in shower.. not sure what else but I'm sure you could get complete info from them.
They have a special rate for park and fly which is slightly more than the regular rate. I don't remember exactly but i think it is about $10 to $15 more than the regular room rate. You can stay the night before or after your trip, and get upto a week of free parking and shuttle rides to and from the airport.
Yes. We stayed at Wyndham Chicago O'Hare specifically for the long-term parking. Worked out great (and was cheaper than the airport lots, even factoring in the night stay).
