Worst run Dunkin' I have ever seen. The building is dilapidated and the staff is clueless. There are homeless people in-the vestibule at times. I have been coming here weekly since August (due to kids drop off at RecPlex down the street) but today was no more. I had come in with a Chicago Bulls promotion (Dunkin Race, free coffee code) and they said that this promotion was only valid in Chicago scores and the y cant scan it. I had no trouble using this promotion all the way in Fox Lake with no issue. Just a terrible location and ill-managed. I will be driving to the drive thru in downtown Mount Prospect vs thing dingy dump. BTW, this location is walk in only. NO curbside orders, no drive thru. Very odd location.

Not the best location, better off driving an extra block or two to another one… almost always has a line, and I really think it’s due to incompetence, not how busy they actually are. Looks like only one worker in the morning? Takes forever and iced coffees are straight sugar and cream. 😖 Crazy!
