Horrible unscrupulous company built upon greed. Internet dropping out all the time, bill more than doubled after first year of poor service. Oh yes, they charged me for a service call for their equipment. Lousy company, I would rather do without the internet then give them another dull penny.

I have an idea. Maybe they could use their mostly useless web site to actually communicate with their customer base. Although wave seems to work hard at making communicating with them inconvenient.

Yes the call center is in the process of switching over to a new phone system this week so things might be a bit congested on the customer support line. I would recommend going into the local retail office in Sequim or Port Angeles if you can.

Our port Angeles store is open Monday – Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Our call center Customer service is open 8am-7pm Saturday and Technical Support is 24/7.
If you have Wave I would call them and explain whats going on, They have always been helpful in figuring out a solution. If you havent had your devices such as your Modem or Router updated in several years it may be a good time to see about upgrading them. As for location if you call them the automated system is usually good at telling you if they are having outages or not, Otherwise thats all the help I can provide right now. Have a great day
