I have an idea. Maybe they could use their mostly useless web site to actually communicate with their customer base. Although wave seems to work hard at making communicating with them inconvenient.
Yes extreme issues. We pay for high speed internet each month and have even Boughten 2 different routers from them to fix the problem and still it’s the worst internet I have ever experienced
I'm always having issues they just tell me I have to unplug the power of the equipment and reset it I've done it so much now I can't even get my eero app to work

I would call them, The automated phone system will tell you if something is going on in your area, If not they have customer service that is open I think is open 24/7 and they could help diagnose any issues on your end. Ive always been satisfied with customer support despite being on hold for while, Not a big deal for me i just put my phone on speaker and leave it till i get a response
