We have a issue of are internet freezing up. And we pay a LOT for it every month !! Hope we can fix it cause when it works we like it.

Next, you can unscrew the cable IN coax on the back of the cable box for a few seconds and then screw it back on. After you have reconnected the coax, you can plug the power back in.
