From first contact (email) to delivery, Frontier made the whole process smooth an easy. DJ at Frontier was able to take my request and give me a quote via email. Then I called up to pay for the order and within a few days they delivered it to my driveway. I don't have long trailers, so I'm thankful their very courteous delivery service. The price with delivery was on par with any other price I could find. Everyone I worked with was awesome, even with a smaller order and (shed) build like mine. Thank you!

I did not get a lot of friendly attitude from the front desk employees. I asked I needed a piece of 2x2 for a deck and they asked me what type of wood. I asked them what do you recommend for deck rail gussets? Then they started mentioning we have fir, cedar, etc and several other types of wood, never answered my question about what type of wood I should use for the deck application. I also got this body language reaction from one of the workers like I had to make up my mind they shook their head at me. I went with cedar, I was going to get more items, but felt uncomfortable and unwelcome from their reactions like they were bothered because I had a question.

Frontier Building Suppkyis not a huge store but has a wide range of hardware, paint and a full service lumber yard. The customer service is exceptional. If they do not have what you need, they can special order it with very quick turnaround. They offer free delivery for lumber orders.
