Don't try to use the bathroom before you buy something. I was able to talk them in to using the bathroom first. employee was nice about, but the manager seemed a tad argumentative about it.

Fantastic and friendly customer service! I was given such a yummy iced coffee flavor combination, and the drink was perfect. This is hard to say for dunkin in general, so you guys and gals are special :) Only con— building is a tad dirty towards the back sitting area.

Used to be the best dunkin. I don’t know what happened, maybe they got a new manager. Has gone extremely downhill. They mess up my order every time now. The manager with glasses is beyond rude to customers and her staff. Most likely she is the problem.

This location flanks a residential street, which allows you to pull right up to the side. My teen gets out of the car and orders by herself, so the location is easy and safe to navigate, even in snow. A lot of nearby city locations have parking lot fences that are knocked over by people that didn’t get their coffee first, or their parking spots are too narrow for my SUV. It’s an easy drive down Higgins to get here. Plus they haven’t messed up our order yet….bonus!
