On my adventure north into Canada I stopped by Ship Happens to mail a package. I was in a bind with no box or packaging materials. Ship Happens packaged up my item and ensured it would arrive safely. The customer service was excellent and I observed how they treated several other individuals who walked into the store. Each one of them received the same exceptional customer service.

We have been utilizing Ship Happens (Sumas) for about 20 years. In the beginning, it was a small business which was run by "Lisa." From the start, she provided excellent service and was always willing to go the extra mile. We once ordered tires and when we arrived in Sumas (from Canada), we realized that the tires had been dropped at the local UPS store instead. Lisa loaded us into her personal car and drove us to the nearby UPS store where we received our tires at no additional cost. This is a small example of the small town, personal feel of this business. Lisa knew the names of our small children from the start and always asked how they were doing over the years. The Ship Happens website is very current and always displays the hours of operation. They have a clear update for this Easter weekend and concise instructions for border requirements. This business was the first of its type in Sumas and over the years we have watched many others come and go. Their CDN to USD conversion cost for packages is next to none. We have only experienced the best service here and we highly recommend them for your shipping needs.

Always impressed by their care, and service. Mistakenly shipped a low value parcel to them instead of directly to me in Canada, and with the border testing requirements, just not worth going to pick it up. They assisted me immediately in arranging for its return back to Amazon. Some of these comments are unfair. The entire way their business had operated for years was changed overnight by no fault of their own. The labour and time needed to collect $5.00 from someone in store at time of pickup vs. arranging an international shipment to get parcels into Canada for you is staggering. I am so looking forward to all this being over, and being able to make my regular trips down to the States again for my parcel pick ups, and Mexican food. Thanks Ship Happens!

Been shipping loads of parcels to Ship Happens throughout 2020 and was crushed to know that as a Canadian I couldn’t get them due to the border closures because of the pandemic. Recently contacted them to see if I could get the parcels shipped to me and without hesitation they were able to consolidate my pile of packages into just a few boxes, and then were able to provide me all the information I needed so I could create my shipping labels. Payment was taken easily over the phone, and the customer service was incredible, super friendly and pleasant (thanks Natasha)! Very excited to finally be getting my packages shipped to me, as it’s been forever!!! A+ guys, keep up the good work, highly recommend!
