Checked this place our in spite of the reviews because we like the location. After visiting 2 other storage places, we walked into Sumas Mini to a wonderful, cheerful lady named Chantelle. We were able to find the size storage we wanted at a great price. She went over all their services with us. Another fellow on the grounds was friendly and helpful. We asked about the bad reviews, she said all NEW MANAGMENT and damage control. So glad we stopped in and got our storage needs taken care of!

This is a great place for storage options including pick and pack services. The staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to accommodate. If you need a facility close to the border, look no further. They are a short drive after you cross from Abbotsford. I've dealt with other facilities and I can honestly say the team here go the extra mile!

Rude and Confrontation pretty much sums it up. I have done business with Sumas Mini Storage for almost 20 years without one problem with previous management Steve and Elizabeth. New management Carl is another story, I have never in my 27 years of owning and operating a successful business run into such a volatile situation. If you want to have a smoothly operating business as far as receiving parcels go choose another receiving place in Sumas. At Carl's suggestion I am now with Package Express who are very happy to have my business and I am free to ask them questions without them bullying me.

I was a customer/tenant here for more than ten years, and never an issue with Steve and Elizabeth. But he new management is a whole different story. When they can't find your package with your company name on it, they get cross with you. Carl is rude and confrontational, there are much better places to receive packages in Sumas, I went at Carl's suggestion and opened an account at Ship Happens, who were polite and happy for the business recommendation. To the owner of this business, bad hire - they don't understand customer service.
