I know this is answering a question from years ago, but this is very relevant answer about anything to do with this property. I've come to understand: if it moves, fits in whatever size space you want to rent & you pay your fees, then you can store it here. But there is no guarantee on getting space for any extended amount of time, as the manager is rude, disrespectful & quite frankly insane. Even if you pay on time, are respectful to the property & everyone else there he might just up & decide to kick you out, & I only know this because the exact thing is happening to a friend of mine. Good luck to any looking to store their belongings & stumble upon this hodge podge of a storage/ RV park/ car detailer.
