First time back after they reopened and it was a disappointment. First off the menus given to us were dirty with food. I ordered my favorite meal which I've had here before many times and also at other Mexican Restaurants and it was nothing like what it was supposed to be. Instead of the red Diablo sauce, I got what tasted like spicey beef gravy and was brown like gravy. When asking the waitress about the recipe, she was rude and said it's always been like this. No offer to redo or if I would like somethings else. Basically, "It is what it is, deal with it". When my husband went to pay for the meal. He overheard a conversation with the staff about another table, and he was taken back with the rude comments he heard. We have been to this place so many times, and now won't be back. Total disappointment.

Our first visit here for dinner on a busy Friday night did not disappoint! Free chips and a truly delish salsa to start. Reasonably priced, tasty margarita to accompany a really good meal. Huge portions and very flavorful dishes! Friendly service, our server Emily was great!! Can't wait to go back!!

El Nopal has been a family favourite since I was a child and every visit makes you want to return as soon as possible. When you sit, you get warm chips with salsa. Their salsa is one of the best and the pico de gallo is fresh and delicious. The service is always great and very fast, and the food is delicious. This is my favourite Mexican restaurant and I'm already looking forward to my next meal there.
