Went to the Dunkin drive through at 8:38pm tonight, and asked what time they close since the menu lights were off. The employee replied through the speaker that they close at 9pm. I ordered two medium decaf hot coffees, I was told they are out of decaf and cannot make anymore. So we could spend $6-$7 on a couple of coffees but they couldn’t make any? Or they wouldn’t make any? Or did someone make a rule as management saying don’t make coffee after a certain time? Also, Dunkin, update your Google hours. Your listing says you close at 8pm (which I checked after I left to write this review) but yet you offer deliver until 9:30pm? Just went down the street and got the decafs with no issue at another coffee place.

They don’t even deserve a 1 star! I went through the drive through and as I was ordering my coffee the lady at the speaker said there was no way to get my drink the way I ordered it and gave me attitude I don’t care about pay extra for anything but this was not customer at all if you don’t like your job then leave it’s that simple

Back in town hit this Dunkin Donuts What was I thinking?! When I lived here orders always messed up missing items wrong ingredients totally forgot. WELL NOTHING HAS CHANGED! No coffee Hello it's a "Coffee Shop" Then when I finally get my cup after 11 mins in line IT WAS WRONG ordered Large Black! Get Large with Cream and sugar! Tag on cup clearly states Black even says XL! Clearly not what I ordered! Nothing ever changes How do they constantly mess up and stay in business??
