I didn't get the product needed. I asked for options and they did show me 2. But they were really confused about where the products are. I wanted 4 bottles of one of the products and the sales person requested she'll go back and take a look. 10 min later I asked her, she mentioned she didn't go but she will now send someone else. I was disappointed and I ended up not buying that product. I bought only 1 product instead of 5.

I made a change from a higher end, couture salon to the Salon at Ulta, and I could not be happier. Many of the prices do come out the same but with their upfront pricing, I am not caught off guard. And, I don't have to bear the brunt of COVID losses, as the previous salon added surcharges for credit card users and insisted that tips be sent to the stylist via apps like Zelle or Venmo. If you want a little more benefit at Ulta, getting their credit card helps off set cost because that builds points that can be applied to salon services.
