My fiancée and I visited about 7 different jewelry shops looking for an engagement ring. The quality and service provided by Alchemy truly stood out above the rest. Sander was incredible to work with throughout the whole process. He was quick to explain and answer our many questions. He provided suggestions but knew when to step back to allow us to think and process so we could be the ones making the final decision. Jewelry shopping was something I had no experience with, but Sander helped with each of the design steps. He made me feel extremely comfortable as he was sensitive and considerate regarding our budget and helping us find what we were looking for. I was devastated when I started showing undeniable signs that I might be allergic to my wedding ring after 10 years. There was a rash, swelling, and terrible peeling. I called and spoke to someone a couple times, they were accommodating and offered to clean and inspect my ring without charge. I fully expected to have to have to re-plated, or have an even bigger undertaking, and they managed to help me avoid that all together. All with asking nothing from me and being so kind to me when I came in (with my twin toddlers even). If I ever need anything more it will certainly be from them!

My husband got my engagement ring here through one of their local designers and we later came back to get our wedding bands made. 1 year later and I am still so in love with all 3 of the rings purchased through Alchemy. The customer service is above and beyond and I get compliments on my rings regularly, especially since my engagement stone is a bit more unusual. Both times we were getting rings designed/picking out a custom stone the person helping us (I think it was David) was fantastic. I would recommend this to anyone looking for that perfect piece of jewelry for themselves or someone else.

This Place Deserves 10 stars! Customer for Life. David and Sander have truly stunning and unique pieces in their store. I purchased a wedding ring here 4 years ago and most recently a replacement ring. I was so impressed with how dedicated and caring they both were in assisting me in getting my exact ring made. It made a stressful situation go much more smoothly. I also get so many wonderful compliments on my ring. I don't think I can go one day without a stranger saying how beautiful it is! I really can't imagine purchasing a piece of jewelry from any other store other than Alchemy. When I wear my ring I feel like I am wearing a little piece of art!
