Did not have to make an appointment to schedule the x-ray. Expected a longer wait time, but was astonished to be called relatively quickly although the office was packed and people stood in line outside. Check- in was immediately and the procedure took less than 5 minutes. Wait time approximately 25 minutes although I was told that it could possibly take 1.5 hours. The staff was professional, friendly and let me know ahead of time that the wait could be longer. Best time to walk-in is apparently in the AM when they open. For me it was a surprisingly pleasant experience.

Need more chairs in waiting room. Makes Third World Impression otherwise with people on floor or standing. Such an easy fix to generate a good frst impression which is everything. Technician was very accommodating.. Front Office staff was fine, young man very pleasant. But the big fix would be providing more seating and that would change the overall initial impression. I would consider driving further away from home to an alternative location in order to guarantee myself what is lacking in this environment.

Very pleasant experience today. Staff was very kind and respectful upon check-in and throughout my visit. Many patients had checked in by the time I had arrived, so it understandably took a long time before I was called for my x-ray. However, I am very satisfied with the service I received. Very friendly staff! Will definitely come back. The wait is long but I came during lunch hours so maybe if you come when they first open it won’t be so bad. They do text you when it’s almost your turn which makes it nice if you want to go grab something to eat or run some errands. The image tech was very nice and informative and made sure I was as comfortable as possible.
