I found this complex very easy to navigate and the staff inside were very helpful when I needed a map. As a side note, I was delivering food and it appears they also have some sort of GPS that works with Google Maps. Leads you right to the building! The complex is very clean and well maintained with a pretty close proximity to places you'd normally need within a couple miles or so.

When I moved out I did not renew my lease but I was still recieving bills for rent. I called and spoke with Marsha and was given nothing but attitude on the phone. She was very unprofessional. The tenant I lived with renewed the lease under their name and I NEVER SIGNED IT. The tenant also informed them I had moved out. The lease was under THEIR name only. But MARSHA is telling me that if my previous roomate does not submit an income qualification for themselves then I have to remain on the lease. Everyone in the world knows this is NOT TRUE. You legally cannot be billed for a lease renewal that you never signed!

We don't feel like we are in an apartment, and the photos speak for themselves. It's quiet, maintenance is very responsive, and the initial staff we dealt with were supportive, caring and professional. I would recommend this complex to anyone who appreciates beauty.

I’d like to start out by saying we have no issues with the apartment. The nest and efficiency with heat reflecting curtains save you money. However, I give this place a 1 star due to management and upkeep with the dog amenities. The dog park isn’t up to standards since it hasn’t been cleaned for months. (Taking our the trash and replacing the bag liners doesn’t count, if you’re charging majority of dog owners $45 a month) I can no longer take my dog there to run around as frequently because of the disgusting stench and fly infestation. My girlfriend left a comment in regards to the dog park just a couple of months ago. When management received the comment, they contacted her and she spoke to PATRICIA. She had the nastiest attitude and instead of apologizing and resolve the issue like good management would, she was more concerned about the negative review. She had no intention in fixing the problem. In my opinion, she should be fired with her stuck up attitude. ERICA, however, has been great since our move in, so it’s not everyone! We will no longer be staying at the residence after our lease expires.

Probably the most ignorant thing ive ever read in my entire life. The fact that she is not from the states and you are does not change anything. If you walked in with that type of mantality im sure she was less than peachy. You should really re-evaluate your attitude im willing to bet you would get a better response
Hi briana . I've been here almost 2 years now and have not had an ant problem . It might just be certain units . But in my unit I havent had a problem.
