Their is usually another long haired guy working who is always super nice. Sadly, I went in today and was met with someone I haven't seen before with long blond hair. I walked in said hello to him/her/them/them and they responded "What are you doing today?"...then once I told them what I wanted to do they responded with "Is that it?"... while getting everything ready for shipping I put 10 dollars on the counter to get ready to pay, they came back with my change and threw it on the counter(before I could hand them my money). No receipt was offered and no total was given; I felt unwanted and rushed. I will no longer go to this location. I do not want to spend my money somewhere I feel unwanted. Customer service is lacking and need some serious upskilling on people skills.

Very disappointing experience where the person working there would not help me unless he had "my full attention since he was giving me his". I was finishing up a call, but had paused the conversation to send my packages. I asked to speak with the manager and he refused to give me their name ( instead he responded with: they are never here, I can leave a message, why do you want to waste your time speaking with them, the situation is over). I called today and the same man picked up and again refused to give me the managers name. He did apologize for being rude which I appreciate, but the owner needs to be aware of this so they can help support the employee so they can be more successful.

Either there’s an enormous markup here or they don’t review all your shipping options with you. The cost to ship a very small, light package was over $15. If I had been smart and gone directly to USPS it would’ve been $5 max. First and last time coming here.

Terrible service. I came into send some small boxes containing flat disposable face masks that I was sending to my kids, and owner told me they would be less expensive if shipped in envelopes, so I went back home, repacked them in envelopes, and then he said my envelopes had to be charged as packages rather than as envelope because he knew the contents! That makes no sense as it should be based on the shape of the envelope, and besides they were essentially paper. I have sent fancy birthday cards that were bulkier. I suspect his behavior toward me might have to do with my race. I will never use this store again.

No appointment needed for a notary, and it is 10 dollars per witnessed signature, which for most documents is just one witnessed signature. A notary is here almost all day but it is a good idea to call before coming in to make sure they are not on lunch.
