Very poor customer service. Recently worked with a passive aggressive employee who didn't assist me taping a label on my two packages when asked, even wanted me to use my own tape! Been shipping there since opened and never had a bad experience until now.

Kind of expensive. They also charge a $1 "file open fee" per file which they failed to mention when I asked how much it would cost to print something out. When I said after paying I was surprised they didn't say anything the woman just said "well you didn't ask". I asked how much it would cost, didn't I? Was I supposed to specifically ask if there were hidden charges? Idk probably won't be back, kind of a not so great experience.

Wonderful experience shipping our wedding packages - It was a complicated shipping order, but the service was stupendous and spectacular! During these wild times, the world needs kindness. In no way are the people at Postal Annex contributing to a friendlier Portland. Specifically, the disgruntled women (as others have described her here) treats you like a burden. A nuisance. A bother. Do you not want my business? I will not go into the details of my experience, but after 4 years of shipping with Postal Annex I will take my business elsewhere. Why? Because how you treat people matters. **this review doesn’t apply to Scott, who is a true gentleman and respects his customers

We charge .95/pound for dropping it off and 1.25/pound if you need to watch. Our shredder is not accessible to our customers.
