Beware. if you believe your vehicle may be totaled or possibly totaled DO NOT bring it here. Originally our vehicle was going to be repaired, insurance cleared everything. Well fast forward a day when crash masters found more damage magically which in turn totaled the vehicle. Alright fine whatever, we'll just buy the car back and fix it ourselves/ have an extra car. NOPE! They wouldn't give us back the vehicle and wanted thousands of dollars to "reassemble" the vehicle. Thousands of dollars in labor for something that took a day to find? hmm lets see that's about 300 an hour or more in labor to reassemble a vehicle that took less than one working day to take apart? I'm not so sure this isn't some sort of scam to discourage owners of cars that get totaled (or maybe they claim they find more damage to get them to be totaled) to get a big fee out of someone to pay for it to be reassembled or to discourage them so crash masters can fix it on the cheap then resell it. YMMV but i'd stay far away from this place

I had someone back into my 2018 Tesla Model 3 and these guys were able to buff it out without having to repaint. Amazing and fast service! Shout out to Rod and Miguel for taking care of my car and making it feel like no damage ever happened!

Artistic handled my post-collision vehicle repairs as a USAA-approved body shop. I can't say enough good things about my experience with every Artistic employee (especially Nick Mehrassa). They went out of their way to keep me informed of my car's progress, and simply made me feel like my business mattered. Probably the best customer service I've experienced in my 24 years in Portland.
